Shipping policy

Orders totalling £39.99 or under will be subject to a shipping fee (£4.00). Any orders totalling £40.00 or over will receive free shipping.

*Most orders placed will be processed and dispatched for delivery on the next working/business day.

Most orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services, however we reserve the right to use an alternative method where we deem it to be more appropriate. All orders will be fully insured.

Orders containing multiple items may be split and sent out separately at our discretion, however we will try to minimise the number of packages where possible.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international deliveries.

If a delivery is refused by the customer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by us in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.

STANDARD-SIZED OVERSEAS ORDERS

EU orders cost a flat rate of £20.

Rest of the World orders cost a flat rate of £30.

Customers from the USA should contact us before ordering to discuss shipping arrangements, due to new customs requirements.

OVER-SIZED OVERSEAS ORDERS

EU orders cost a flat rate of £50.

Rest of the World orders cost a flat rate of £80.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing pre-order items, which will be clearly marked as 'Pre-order', will be fulfilled once all ordered items are in stock and available for shipping. At our discretion, we may send in-stock items sooner in a separate shipment.

ALL ORDERS

Any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed, lost or misrouted order completely out of the customer's control, will be reimbursed by us to the customer.
