Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Please notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period by emailing info@greywizardtoys.com.

You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods.

EXEMPTIONS TO ONLINE RETURNS: 
These include CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items. They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons, which has been broken.

PAYING TO RETURN GOODS: 
You are responsible for covering the cost for returning unwanted goods. Please obtain a proof of postage or send by tracked mail, as you are responsible for the goods until we have received them.

FAULTY GOODS: 
If your goods are faulty, please contact us to arrange the return.

REFUNDS: 
We will refund the basic delivery cost paid by you of getting the goods to you in the first place. If you opted for an express or enhanced delivery, we will only refund the standard shipping cost. International shipping will not be included in the refund, unless your return contains faulty items.

Your refund will be paid within 14 calendar days after returning the goods, or evidence that they were returned.

A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
