This exclusive Pop! features Captain Cutler, who was one of the gang's earliest villains, all the way back in the second episode A Clue For Scooby-Doo. The episode is set at Rocky Point Beach, where the gang encounter the ghost of an old sea diver. A sailor claims it to be the ghost of Captain Cutler, who, according to legend, died at sea many years ago when his boat got wrecked and he is getting his revenge. What makes this piece so amazing is that it also Glows in the Dark like Captain Cutler does in the episode!
