Roger also known as the King of Pirates because he found the priceless treasure that is the One Piece. It is thanks to him that Luffy wanted to become a pirate and was able to find his way. As for his personality, the young emperor is a laid-back, nonchalant man who likes to have fun with his companions. Indeed, he is often seen banqueting with his crew, laughing, drinking and eating. He is a bon vivant who enjoys spending quality time with his friends. Shanks doesn't care what others think of him, he even laughs with his comrades. However, there is one thing that can make Shanks angry, and that is when his friends are in danger. Indeed, he will not hesitate to use his strength and put his life in danger in order to save them.

From the point of view of his skills, we don't know much about it because in the animated series we never see Shanks fighting. However, we do know that he is a pirate feared by all, the mere mention of his name scares some pirates. Indeed, Shanks is one of the 4 most influential and strongest pirates in the New World. He was the one who stopped the famous Marineford War and drove Blackbeard away. We also know that the young emperor has incredible swordsmanship as it is said that he is able to match Mihawk, one of the 7 Great Corsairs and one of the most talented and strongest swordsmen in the world. In addition to his reputation, Shanks is able to use all three types of Haki like the other emperors, making him a formidable pirate as he is not a demon fruit user like his fellow emperors. Therefore Shanks must have a mastery of the different Haki that is more than exceptional to be able to face the others without having any power.

Through this POP figure, Funko presents Shanks the Red, one of the most powerful pirates of the anime series and the manga One Piece. Shanks as usual wears a long navy blue cape on his shoulders, under which he is dressed in a loose white unbuttoned shirt, brown patterned pants rolled up at the level of his knees, as well as a ribbon that he uses to tie his sword on the right side of his waist. We can also see the 3 characteristic scars of Shanks on his left eye made by Blackbeard during their last confrontation. Finally, the particularity of this figurine is that it is a limited edition "Chase" type. Indeed, Shanks holds the famous straw hat that his former captain Gol D. Roger gave him. What better way to please all fans of this charismatic emperor of the seas.
